its time for the stage again and this time we set fire in Pretoria. this year has been fearsome for promoting the new album and the Iapetus Records brand- my new found stable. i hope to blast you with the sound that first brought us together this coming Saturday. make sure you don't miss this on koz its me and the jhatmaster in Hatfield Pretoria! its gonna be a dope night!

happy with with the flow

Its been a blessed year that I used to venture on my own and I discovered newer things about myself. everything i put my energy into turned out perfectly. I came to this town to take all that it has to offer so i moved from a low earned sally to a higher one in a year! now I find myself on the other side of town the so-called hub of money (sandton)and even that seems like the small town it really is. I've had to leave the stage for most of the year simply from this-finding my feet and making sure I eat. It has occurred to me that most of you are hungry for my music regardless of how my life is panning, 'I hear you but its not as easy as you may think to produce a whole album'. people have also been keen to find out my relationship with Tumi some want to know about Kenny. plainly put 'I have always been in control of my music and I still am'.
lastly people want to know if I'm signed to Iapetus Records: 'No, I am only producing my album with them...i have a thing for names that start with 'k' so hmmm who's next in line for kkk'

my trip to cape town

its been 3 weeks with out the illusion of the space and of the time. i couldn't help but not notice the how close things looked so near to me because of the mountain...shoo cape town!. my sleeping patterns are fine- i spent most of my visit in the dark and this all proved to be worth it. I went down to shoot my first video with an old friend of mine and photo journalist 'Max'. the shoot was a collaboration between him and I so later he will have an exhibition on this work. the greater body includes what young South Africans are doing with their lives

this song is called light and the beat was produced by a fellow called Antonio (who is now based elsewhere in the world). its an outrage on the people who do not see the circular world for what its becoming and the enlightened once who sit back or could be about the elite who know this and are the subject matter in the song. its a melting pot of rage.

this song will be on my new album we are cooking back at Iapetus...in due time my people other than that Im straight
